Facing Problems Downloading Files?
Follow these instructions!

Use strong and fast internet connection.
Ensure that you have an updated version of the web browser.
Do not use Debian operating system. (Windows, Ubuntu and Mac OS work well).
Solve Captcha correctly.
Make sure downloading process does not get aborted midway. (Else, this may generate a PDF file in your downloads folder which will not be read by PDF readers).
If you are getting a “Link Expired .txt” file in your downloads instead of the desired pdf file then refresh the webpage and solve the captcha again. This happens because the Captcha lock keeps the download link active only for a few minutes after you solve it. Hence, delay in download causes the link to expire.
